KG Enterprise: Tradition of Excellence

KG Enterprise has earned its "Tradition of Excellence" reputation based on nearly three decades of precision manufacturing expertise for fishing products. That expertise comes from the combined knowledge of two business partners with different backgrounds but a shared passion for fishing. Gayler Julian came from the medical manufacturing business in which precision and quality are not only expected, but required. Ken Kramer was already into designing lures, working with everything from napkin drawings to blueprints to start the development process

KG Enterprise offers lead casting and soft plastic injection capabilities. Some products are made for our own brands, but many more are built for other top fishing tackle companies and brands. Our product development expertise can be beneficial to start-up businesses that are introducing their first products, as well as to mid- and large-sized companies with manufacturing needs complementary to their own. We have all of the resources and expertise to take your idea from concept to delivered goods.

Our product development team uses our own CAD programs for the design process. Once CAD drawings are approved, we cut precision molds in aircraft-grade aluminum.

Other lure manufacturers rely on the less expensive rubber or silicone molds, which don't offer the same degree of mold precision or life capacity as aluminum. Plus, our molds are made at our own state-of-the-art milling center located in the heart of the United States, so not only do we control product quality, but wew can also assure timely production and delivery of products.
